1. 原材料检验和预处理：专业质量检验人员将对钢材进行严格检验，并对合格钢材进行喷砂、喷砂等预处理，去除铁锈、氧化皮、油性等杂质。此外，还需要专业的平整设备来保证钢材的平整度。

Raw material inspection and pretreatment: Professional quality inspectors will conduct strict inspections on steel materials and carry out pretreatment such as sandblasting and sandblasting on qualified steel materials to remove impurities such as rust, oxide scale and oiliness. In addition, professional leveling equipment is also needed to ensure the flatness of the steel.

2.切割和下料：根据设计图纸的尺寸和形状精确切割。我们采用计算机程序控制的NC切割设备，如NC火焰切割机、等离子切割、激光切割等专业设备实现自动化切割，可以满足复杂形状的切割要求，误差可控制在0.1毫米以内。

Cutting and blanking: Precise cutting is carried out according to the dimensions and shapes on the design drawings. We use computer-program-controlled NC cutting equipment, such as NC flame cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, laser cutting machines and other professional equipment, to achieve automated cutting, which can meet the cutting requirements of complex shapes, and the error can be controlled within 0.1 millimeters.

3.成型加工：对于一些弯曲、折叠等形状复杂的钢结构构件，需要进行成型加工。设备包括卷板机、折弯机等，在此过程中，技术人员会随时调整设备的压力、速度等参数，以保证成型的精度。

Forming processing: For some steel structure components with complex shapes such as bending and folding, forming processing is required. The equipment includes plate rolling machines, bending machines, etc. During this process, technicians will adjust the parameters such as pressure and speed of the equipment at any time to ensure the accuracy of the forming.

4. 焊接装配：焊接是将切割和成型的钢件连接成一个整体。焊接前需要对界面进行处理，以确保焊接的熔深和强度。在焊接过程中选择合适的焊接方法。焊接完成后，对接缝进行目视检查和无损检测。

Welding assembly: Welding is the process of joining cut and formed steel parts into a single unit. Before welding, the interface needs to be treated to ensure the penetration and strength of the weld. Select the appropriate welding method during the welding process. After welding is completed, visual inspection and non-destructive testing of the seams are carried out.

5.涂层保护：涂漆前需要再次清洁部件表面。涂层工艺包括三道工艺：底漆、中间漆和面漆。喷漆可以通过刷涂、滚涂、喷涂等方法完成。涂层完成后，需要检查涂层的厚度和附着力，以确保符合设计和规范要求。

Coating protection: The surface of the component needs to be cleaned again before painting. The coating process consists of three steps: primer, intermediate coat and topcoat. Spray painting can be accomplished through methods such as brushing, roller coating, and spraying. After the coating is completed, it is necessary to check the thickness and adhesion of the coating to ensure compliance with design and specification requirements.

6.成品检验与交付：按照设计图纸和相关标准对钢件进行全面检验。对于大型或关键零部件，还将进行载荷试验、变形试验等。所有合格的零部件都会按要求进行编号、标识、包装，最后附有产品质量认证文件。

Finished product inspection and delivery: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of steel parts in accordance with the design drawings and relevant standards. For large or key components, load tests, deformation tests, etc. will also be conducted. All qualified components and parts will be numbered, marked, packaged as required, and finally accompanied by product quality certification documents.
